  Tatiana Dolgikh

Tatiana Dolgikh is the partner and managing director of Trout&Partners/Belarus.

Tatiana Dolgikh was born in Ukraine. She graduated Kharkov state university as a sociologist, and then studied in Vienna and Ireland. Tatiana started her marketing career in Kharkov State University as an interviewer in 1999. She came to Belarus in 2000 and continued to work in marketing and consulting. Several years she worked in big Belarusian consulting companies. In 2007 she became Marketing Director in a big restaurant chain. In 2008 Tatiana and her partner Eugene Boury started their own marketing agency which focused on researches, marketing and rating analysis. Now it is a dynamic and modern company with nonstandard but highly professional approach to clients.

Tatiana's professional interests lie in sphere of marketing research, strategy and positioning. As a consultant she worked on marketing and research with National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, Marks & Spenser, Mothercare (Belarus), Toshiba (medical equipment, Ukraine) and a number of big Belarusian brands. She is a member of ESOMAR and outstanding speaker.

Tatiana has experience in marketing and research for more than 10 years and carried out more than 80 research projects personally, and about 50 projects in the project team.
Other than doing consulting, she teaches marketing students of MBA-program of European Humanities University (EHU), a Belarusian university, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. In 2009 she launched in Minsk, Belarus, a social education project for young marketers "School of Marketing" where she also teaches at the present time.
