His 25 year business background includes hands-on experience from
positions in line management as well as consulting projects with many
prominent international and Nordic companies.
Mr. Hafrén started his business career in the marketing department of
Unilever, and held several marketing and senior management positions in
the company during more than ten years. After five years as a management
consultant, he founded his own marketing strategy company in the early
90'ies, before joining the Trout & Partners network in 1996.
With more than 100 client assignments as a senior advisor in
differentiation to top management, his industry experience includes fast
moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing,
telecommunication and information technology as well as financial
